Thank you Dave for such a great experience. We purchased a first car for our daughter and wanted reassurance of a car that would be suitable. Dave was super helpful and transparent with us as we put a deposit on the car to secure without seeing it in person. He sent multiple videos and answered any questions that we had. He also worked with us on understanding the level of preparation we would be happy with and accommodated getting prep work completed at Mini. Dave is very genuine and also accountable for his word which unfortunately is becoming quite rare nowadays with car dealers.
