Dave was super helpful and transparent with us as we put a deposit on the car to secure without seeing it in person. He sent multiple videos and answered any questions that we had. He also worked with us on understanding the level of preparation we would be happy with and accommodated getting prep work completed at Mini. Dave is very genuine and also accountable for his word which unfortunately is becoming quite rare nowadays with car dealers. Ditto all the other reviews. Dave was amazing throughout and the car is great. He was so patient as I couldn’t pick the car up for a couple of weeks and then he spent plenty of time showing me over the car again when I finally picked it up. He’s still helping me afterwards (user issues not car issues!). I would definitely recommend Avenue Autos.

I bought a car from Dave last month. The service throughout the process was highly professional. Dave was friendly, honest and open. He was readily available to contact. The car was delivered to the home. The car got a minor issue one week after the delivery. After informing to him, he himself came for the diagnostic and arranged an mobile mechanic to fix the issue.
